The following Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in all cases English law shall apply.
We only deliver to addresses within the UK. Deliveries will normally be made within 5 working days of the order date.
Concept Bathrooms limited will endeavour to ensure all orders are fulfilled and delivered within the time frame specified. Should events outside our control prevent this, we will contact you by e-mail and inform you when you can expect the delivery to be made. If we are unable to fulfill your order, for any reason, a refund of all monies paid to date will be made to the credit/debit card used.
We will e-mail you with a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit/debit card.
We hope you will be delighted with the items purchased on our website, but you do have the right to return any item to us for any reason providing it is returned to us within 14 days of the date of despatch and the packaging remains in saleable condition. We will refund the price of the item to the purchasers credit/debit card .
It is your responsibility to ensure that the credit or debit card which you are using is your own, you are over 18 years of age and that sufficient funds are available to pay for the purchase.
Concept Bathrooms limited has the right to decline any orders without explanation.
Delivery
Concept Bathrooms only use a company that will carry "fragile goods" therefore there may be some slight delay if the specialised carrier is not due to collect/deliver in your area. We do aim for 3-5 days but please feel free to ring if you require your item urgently.
DAMAGES POLICY
Should the order arrive in a damaged condition you must advise us by e-mail within three days, quoting your order reference number (this can be found in our confirmation e-mail). You then need to simply print out and complete the damages form provided below and return it, together with the damaged item to the address detailed on the form, ensuring that you obtain proof of posting. A refund will be made to the purchaser's credit/debit card account, providing the item is returned in the same packaging in which it was despatched and within seven working days of being received.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return any item to us for any reason. You simply need to print out and complete the returns form provided below and return it, together with the item to the address detailed on the form. A refund will be made to the purchaser's credit/debit card account, providing the item is returned within 14 days of the date of despatch and it remains in a saleable condition. Any restocking and delivery charges that Concept Bathroom incurs will be passed to the customer unless goods arrive damaged in which case goods will be refunded in full when goods are inspected.
Any ex display items are "sold as seen" therefore it is up to the customer to come to the showroom and inspect the goods they are purchasing. Concept will not be liable for any marks or scratches on ex display items that are sold on the internet site without inspection.
Ex display are greatly reduced as they are not new items and as they are "sold as seen" they are non returnable. It is not the responsibility of Concept's showroom staff to confirm any marks on ex display items it is the full responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are happy before purchasing any ex displays.
